Typical instagram hotel with a modern design, every corners are made to post on social media. Very friendly staff, easy and fast check-in and checkout. There was an option for late check out too. All the rooms have a unique view on the sea, which is very relaxing. The breakfast was great for such an hotel. The bar and cocktail and a nice place to chill. Some details need to be taking care in the bedrooms, the materials are aging very quickly. Amazing beds and pillows, slept like a baby! Complementary minibar was greatly appreciated 👏

The hotel itself was beautiful with clean rooms and a functioning air conditioner. The view was lovely. However, the beach was dirty and littered with glass shards, which was disappointing. The hotel's location was quite remote, requiring an hour's drive to reach the city center. The food was decent but not authentically Thai, leaning more towards continental cuisine. The service, unfortunately, was a disaster, often reminiscent of an amateur operation. The staff was unfriendly, their English barely comprehensible, and they were not accommodating. The pricing was on par with a four-star hotel, but the service felt more like a hostel. On a positive note, the pool area was large and beautiful.

I’m disappointed. No sun umbrellas. Thanks for my sunburns. Almost all places at the pools have no sun umbrellas, so I had to stay in room most part of day. As for good points - hotel has a great bar and restaurant with very tasty food and reasonable prices.

Pretty good hotel, we enjoyed our time here. Pros - rooms are very nice with quirky decor. Ours had a lovely view - minibar is free (although smaller selection than a typical minibar. Water, beer, coke, yakult) and replenished daily - quiet location - nice pools - bar has a good selection of craft beer - free shuttle to the old town twice a day Cons - communication is lacking. We asked about an airport transfer a week before our trip and they only replied the day before with the price and asking if we wanted to book. We said we did want to book and then we never heard back. No car waiting for us on arrival. No problem, we took a Grab - pillows too big - bar and pool area always has loudish music (personal taste, this might appeal to others) - food is expensive for the quality

I stayed at this hotel last week. I felt so welcomed by all of the staff. Mickey or Mikey (his name) was just one of the many staff members who paid attention to me as a guest. I will never forget how kind and attentive the staff was at this hotel. Please be nice to them. This is a very new and well-built hotel. It is so nice inside and new. It is worth the trip to stay farther from the main downtown city if you are going to stay in Phuket. I just want to say thank you to the staff and the owner of this hotel for a wonderful experience.
